Scanning the Horizon of Technologies and Needs in Health
Horizon Scanning, Early Awareness, identification of obsolete technologies and the visibility of data are our core mission in supporting Health Technology Assessment and other kind of assessment and decision processes.
Supporting decisions on and implementing a technology for gaining the added value in health is in need of:
- access to the best available evidence
- connection to the relevant stakeholders (developers, users) to assure that the technology
- trust in and acceptance of the decision process

Starting with a EU funded project in 1996, people with passion and visions developed methods, tools and structures to enable a network of excellence on a global level with respect to local decision makers.
